Case Study: The Botanica, Mossley Hill, Liverpool.
The Botanica is a luxury residential development within a conservation area close to the Grade 1 listed Sefton Park, consisting of three buildings within seperate grounds containing landscaped gardens and communal outdoor living areas. The brief was to create a contemporary and yet classic feel to the outdoor living befitting the development and its context.
Senior Landscape Architect, Hussain Razek from BCA Landscapes explained “Each building and grounds had to have separate and varied outdoor living areas for different activity and group size, including outdoor dining, lounge and more intimate seating. Case Study: Poachers Brasserie, Thurlaston, Leicestershire.
A beautiful 16 Century restaurant and bar, Poachers is situated in the heart of Leicestertshire in the quaint village of Thurlaston. The team at Poachers were searching for attractive, yet durable outdoor furniture that created a comfortable ambience and was in keeping with the mix of old and contemporary styling.
Five dining sets from the striking Nautical Collection were chosen for the unique and practical headboard design, which is ideal if the furniture needs to be moved often. Marina inspired, with both traditional low and taller, high back options, the Nautical Collection offers a wide choice of both chair styles and eye-catching and fade-resistant colours.

Case Study: Butlins Resort, Skegness
The team designing a new 100-seater outdoor decking area at Butlins Skegness were on the hunt for durable outdoor furniture that could stand up to year-round use in the British coastal climate and strike the perfect balance of comfort and sturdiness.
